TS ICET 2018: Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET) is a state level entrance exam. Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad empowers Kakatiya University to conduct the entrance test for admission in MBA/MCA courses in various universities or institutions of the State of Telangana. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission in MBA/MCA courses in the Telangana State through TS ICET 2018 entrance test, should meet the eligibility requirements. The minimum basic eligibility requirements to appear in the exam are as under:

Qualification for MBA Course

Candidate should possess a 3 year graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
He/she should obtain at least 50% marks aggregate in the qualifying exam.
However, SC/ST candidates will get relaxation of 5% and they should achieve minimum 45% marks in the qualifying exam.
Those who are appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible subject to outcome of their result.
Apart from above, applicant should be an Indian citizen.
Candidates should meet the requirement of local/non-local status prescribed by the Telangana State Educational Institutions.

Qualification for MCA Course

Candidates should hold 3 years graduation degree with Mathematics as one of the subject from a recognized university/institute.
They should secure at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) in the qualifying exam.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam will also be eligible subject to outcome of their result.
Those who are having graduation degree through distance learning, their degree should be recognised by UGC, AICTE and DEC.

TS ICET 2018 Application Form

The application form for TS ICET 2018 entrance test will be available online at official website. All the MBA/MCA aspirants who are meeting the eligibility requirements, can fill application form via online mode. Check the following information in respect of eligibility:

Application Fee

To appear in the entrance test, one should pay application fee prescribed. The application fee for unreserved category is Rs.350/- while reserved category candidates should pay Rs.250/- as application fee. Candidates can make payment through net banking, debit/credit card, Citizen Service Centres, TS/AP Online Centres, e-Seva Centres in T.S. & A.P. The application fee will not be refunded once paid.

TS ICET Exam Pattern 2018

The entrance test will be based on the following pattern, one should check:

TS ICET Admit Card 2018

The Kakatiya University will issue admit card/hall ticket to the candidates who will meet the eligibility requirements. The same will be placed on official website. Candidates can avail their respective admit card from the website. Hall ticket will contain the information regarding exam venue and date. Candidates should retain the admit card till entire examination process gets over.

TS ICET 2018 Result

The university will publish the TS ICET 2018 result on its official portal probably in the month of May, 2018.
Candidates who appeared in the exam can check their result online using roll number and date of birth.
The authority will shortlist the candidates on the basis of their result and will invite for appearing in counselling process.

TS ICET 2018 Counselling

The competent authority will invite shortlisted candidates to appear in the counselling on scheduled date and time. Candidates have to report on the given date at designated centre/place. Candidate’s admission in the desired course will be done on the basis of written exam performance and verification of original documents.
