MU OET Application Form 2018: The Manipal University has invited application form for MU OET (Manipal University Online Entrance Test) 2018 for various courses. MU OET Application Form 2018: Eligibility Criteria

Everyone who is looking for admission in Manipal University in the desired course, he/she should meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the university. Check the following criteria for some of the courses:

Courses Eligibility/Qualifying Criteria
B. Tech.
  • 10+2 exam or equivalent exam passed from a recognized board/institute.
  • Candidate must have Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or any Technical Vocational subject in the qualifying exam.
  • He/she must obtain at least 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics and one of the optional subject.
B. Tech. Lateral Entry
  • Candidate must have completed 3 years diploma in Engineering with securing at least 45% marks from a recognized university/institute.
  • There is no age limit fixed.
M. Tech.
  • Applicants should have completed B.E. /B. Tech. or any equivalent exam from a recognized university to appear in the exam.
  • He/she must obtain at least 50% aggregate in the qualifying exam.
BBA
  • 12th class, A Level, IB, American 12th Grade or equivalent exam passed from a recognized board/institute.
  • Candidate need to score at least 50 marks aggregate.
  • Age is not a criteria, anyone can apply.


Note: For most of the courses, no age limit is fixed. Anyone who is meeting eligibility requirements, can make application form.

MU OET Application Form 2018: How to apply?

The candidates who are looking for appearing in the MU OET 2018 exam should follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Access official portal of the Manipal University.
  • Aspirants can make application via online mode only.
  • Go for registration and fill the entire application step by step.
  • Candidates need to keep all documents ready for reference during applying online.
  • Upload scanned images such as passport size photograph and signature with the specification given at appropriate place.
  • Now pay the application fee whichever is applicable.
  • Submit the application after re-checking entire application and take at least one print out for future reference.

  • In order to make online application form, candidates need to register themselves online at official portal.
  • Candidate have to provide all the details such as name, date of birth, gender, email ID, mobile number and address etc.
  • The candidate will get unique registration number and password on registered e-mail address.
  • Candidates have to fill application form using that registration number and password.
  1. Contact Information

Applicants have to provide contact information for correspondence purpose. Fill the details carefully and do not leave and field blank. The authority will make all the correspondence on the given details.

  1. Provide Details of Educational Qualification
  • Candidate need to provide educational qualification information such qualifying exam, Board/University and year of passing etc.
  • Upload your scanned size photograph and signature as per the given specifications.
  • All the applicants are suggested to provide true information because any false information will lead to reject candidature.
  • Click on “I Agree” button after completing all the entries.
  1. Courses and Fee Payment
  • Candidates have to select courses and examination cities from the available list of centres.
  • Applicant should select at least two preferred examination cities.
  • Candidates also need to pay requisite application fee through online mode such as net banking, debit card and credit card.
  • Applicant can also pay fee through demand draft.
  1. Confirmation

Candidates have to submit the application form after following all the steps mentioned above. After submission, a confirmation page will open showing the status of the application. Take printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
