Patna University 2022 Application Form
- The university will release the application form for admissions in different UG & PG courses through online mode on the official website i.e. patnauniversity.ac.in.
- Candidates will have to provide details such as name, category, date of birth, qualifying exam passing year, marks obtained, etc into the application form.
- Photograph and signature of the candidates in scanned format should also be uploaded with the application form.
- Once all the details are entered, the candidates should check the form carefully and if any mistake is found, it must be corrected immediately.
- Application form complete in all manner can be submitted online with the required application fee.
- A hard copy of the submitted form should be taken by the candidates and kept safe for future use.
Application fee:
- The application fee for the PG and PG Diploma courses will be Rs. 500/-.
- For M.Ed course, application fee will be Rs. 500/- and entrance test fee will be Rs. 1000/-.
- For LLM course, application fee will be Rs. 300/- and entrance test fee will be Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 800/- for SC/ ST candidates).
- The application fee and entrance test fee for the UG general courses will be Rs. 300/- each.
- For UG self-financed courses, application fee will be Rs. 500/- and Rs. 600/- depending on the course.
Patna University Admission 2022 Eligibility Criteria
The interested candidates can check crucial information with regard to the eligibility criteria for admission in Patna University:
- BA Hons: The candidates should have passed IA/I.Sc/ I.Com or class 12th with minimum 45% marks in aggregate.
- Bachelor of Fine Arts: Candidates who have passed class 12th with 45% marks and whose age is not more than 25 years on 1st July 2022 can apply.
- BBA: Passed in IA/ I.Sc/ I.Com or 10+2 securing a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate is required.
- MA: Applicants who have passed BA degree with 45% in respective honors subject/ major subject/ core course or bachelor degree with 55% marks in subsidiary/ pass course/ allied subjects are eligible.
- Sc: The candidates should have passed B.Sc with Hons in the subject concerned or as a subsidiary/ pass course/ allied subject. Preference will be given to those having passed the subject as an honors sub/ major sub/ core course.
- Com: B.Com with Hons in the subject concerned or subsidiary/ pass course/ allied subject is required. Preference will be given to those having passed with the subject as honors subject/ major sub/ core course.
Admit Card/Hall Ticket
- The admit card for the entrance exam will be released on the official website of the university.
- The candidates should download their admit card and take its printout to be carried to the exam center.
