JNUEE 2022 Application Form

  • The students can submit application form through online mode at the official website.
  • Application form for JNU 2022 admission is likely to available from February 2022.
  • Candidates should apply within the stipulated time frame and should not wait for the last date to make application form.
  • Fill all the information including name, parents name, date of birth, communication address, qualification etc. in the application form correctly.
  • Candidates also need to upload the scanned images of photograph and signature in the format given.

Eligibility Criteria for JNU Admission 2022

Candidates can check eligibility criteria for appearing in the JNU entrance examination 2022, in the table below:

B.A. (Hons.) 1st Year
  • Candidates passed/appearing in 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board/institute.
  • They must secure at least 45% marks.
B.A. (Hons.) 2nd Year
  • The first year of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent exam with having minimum 45% marks.
  • Candidates must have proficiency in the concerned language
M.A. Programme in Arabic, Persian, Korean, Japanese, French & Chinese
  • Candidates must have bachelor’s degree in concerned discipline under 10+2+3 pattern with no less than 45% marks.
  • One must have adequate proficiency in the language concerned.
MA (Economics)
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent exam in any discipline with minimum 50% marks. Candidates must have mathematics subject at 10+2 level.
M.Sc. Life Science
  • B.Sc./B.Tech. or any equivalent qualification in Biological, Physical or Agricultural Science or Biotechnology with minimum 55% marks.
M. Phil/ Ph.D.
  • Master’s degree in concerned discipline with no less than 50% marks.
MCA
  • Bachelor’s degree with mathematics or BCA, B. Tech. with at least 55% marks.
M.Tech. in Statistical Computing
  • Master Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operational Research or in any branch of science, Bachelor degree in any stream of Engineering, MCA degree holder.
  • One must secure minimum 55% marks in the qualifying exam.
M.Tech. in Computer Science and Technology
  • Master Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operational Research or in any branch of science, Bachelor degree in any stream of Engineering, MCA degree holder with at least 55% marks.
  • Those who have PG degree in AYUSH related subjects can also apply.

JNUEE Exam Pattern

The candidates must collect information about JNUEE exam pattern before appearing in the entrance test. Information about exam pattern will guide you to the success in the exam. The exam pattern may vary course to course. Check the following information:

  • Mode of Exam: The JNUEE will be held through online mode.

  • The question paper will be available in English language only.
  • Both objective and subjective type questions will be there in the exam.
B.A. (Hons.) 2nd year in Foreign Languages
  • The questions will be subjective type in nature.
  • Questions will be based on literature and grammar etc. of the respective language.
MCA
  • All the questions will multiple choice in nature.
  • Each question will carry 1 mark hence, for every correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded.
M.Tech in Computer Science and Technology
  • Total 100 objective type question will be there in the exam.
  • 1 mark will be granted for every correct response.
  • Negative marking is applicable and hence, 1/4th mark will be deducted for the wrong attempt.
M.Tech in Statistical Computing
  • There will be two parts in the exam i.e. Part A & Part B.
  • Total 100 objective type questions will be asked in the exam.
  • For every correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded.
  • Negative marking is applicable hence, 1/4th mark will be deducted as penalty for the wrong attempt.
MA in Economics
  • Questions will be asked in both objective and subjective pattern.
  • Part A of the paper will contain objective type question while Part B will contain descriptive type questions.
M.Sc in Life Sciences
  • The entrance exam will consist of multiple choice questions.
  • Every question will carry an equal mark.

How to Prepare for JNUEE

  • Students are recommended to collect the proper information regarding syllabus for the respective subject.
