University of Calcutta 2022 Application Form
- Candidates can apply for University of Calcutta UG and PG Admission in online mode. The application form will be made available on the official website of the university www.caluniv.ac.in.
- Applicants should obtain information bulletin from the website and go through the same in details.
- The applicants can fill the application form by providing their basic personal and educational details such as name, date of birth, gender, qualifying exam passing year, marks obtained, etc.
- Candidates’ photograph and signature will also be uploaded/ affixed in the application form.
- Candidates should also pay the prescribed application fee to complete the application form.
- The application form complete and correct in every manner can now be submitted along with the required application fee.
Application Fee:
- Application fee for BA LLB will be Rs. 500/- (Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
- For RET, the application fee will be Rs. 100/-.
- The application fee for MBA (Business Management) will be Rs. 1500/- (Rs. 750/- SC/ST/PH candidates).
University of Calcutta 2022 Eligibility Criteria

- BA LLB: The candidates should have passed the class 12th or its equivalent from the recognized board obtaining at least 45% marks in best four subjects.
- MBA (Financial Management): A bachelor’s degree with honors in arts/ science/ commerce or a bachelor’s degree in engineering/ technology/ medical science/ law/ professional course or equivalent from recognized a university is required. Clearing CAT/ MAT is also mandatory.
- MBA (Business Management): Any bachelor’s degree with honors or Bachelor Degree in Engineering and Technology/ Medical Sciences/ Professional Courses or equivalent from any recognized university is required.
- MA: Three years honors graduates from a recognized university are eligible to apply.
- Buddhist Studies: Honors graduate in Pali, Sanskrit, History, IHC, AIHC, Journalism & Mass Communication, Philosophy, Bengali or in any subject of humanities group or candidates with PG Diploma in Buddhist Studies or MA in any subject of humanities group are eligible.
- Com: Three years B.Com Honors degree of a recognized University is required.

University of Calcutta Admit Card 2022
- The candidates can download their admit card from the official website of the university upon its release.
- Once downloaded, a printout of the admit card should be taken and carried to the exam center.
- Admit card along with a valid identity proof should be carried to the exam center.
- The admit card should not be preserved as it will be required at the time of counseling and admission.
University of Calcutta Result
- Result of the entrance test will be declared in online mode on the official university’s website caluniv.ac.in.
- Based on the marks scored in the entrance test, a merit list of the candidates will be prepared.
- Admissions will be granted to the candidates strictly on the basis of their merit.
- For courses for which no entrance exam is conducted, admission will be given on the basis of qualifying exam or any other accepted national or state level entrance test.
- Candidates are required to keep all the documents ready for verification purpose later during the counseling.
- If anyone failed to produce relevant documents then his/her candidature is liable t be cancelled.
- Reserved category candidates must show the category certificate in order to support the claim.
