For making IBPS PO 2022 online application, candidates need to pay the application fee. The application fee of Rs.600/- is required to pay. The Selection Board will organize the Preliminary Examination for IBPS PO 2022. Qualified candidates for the preliminary exam will be called for Main Exam. The medium of the exam will be bilingual i.e. Hindi and English. Shortlisted candidates on the basis of pre-exam, will have to appear in Main Exam. All the aspirants should know the selection procedure for the IBPS PO exam. Candidates have to go through three stages for final selection. These stages are:
Before the IBPS PO 2022 examination, the Selection Board will issue the admit card to eligible candidates. The candidates can avail the admit card from the official website only. The hard copy of admit card will not be sent to any individual by post. The admit card will contain information regarding the exam centre and exam date. To appear in the examination, the candidate must carry admit card along with photo identity proof.
The IBPS PO result 2022 for the written exam will be declared and uploaded on the official website at the appropriate time. Qualified candidates of the Preliminary Exam, will have to appear in the Main Exam. The successful candidates will be called to attend the interview. Accordingly, the result will be announced after an overall assessment of the exam.
The candidates have to secure minimum marks in every section of the paper. The cut-off marks for IBPS PO 2022 will be set by IBPS on the basis of vacancies available. Those who obtain the qualified marks in each section of the Preliminary Exam will be invited to appear in IBPS PO Main Exam. Shortlisted candidates on the basis of marks obtained in the Main Exam will have to go through the interview process. Accordingly, the final merit list will be disclosed.
The examination will be completed in three stages i.e. Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Interview. The candidate who will qualify for all these three stages will be selected. However, the merit list will be prepared on the basis of the score obtained in the Main Exam and Interview. The candidate will be selected for provisional allotment to one of the participating banks/organizations according to the vacancies available.
