AP Polycet 2022 Counselling
Shortlisted candidates on the basis of AP Polycet 2022 results can appear in the web counselling process organized by SBTET, Andhra Pradesh. After counselling process, candidates will be able to take admission in the desired polytechnic diploma course. The candidates have to fill choices of college and course through online mode. However, document verification will be done through offline mode.
The candidates have to pay counselling fee whichever applicable to participate in the counselling process. Seat allotment will be done as after verification of original documents. Candidates have to go through documents verification process first and then go for complete choice filling process.
The document verification process will be held at the helpline centre through offline mode while choice filling will be done online on the official website. AP Polycet 2022 counselling will be completed in various stages such as documents verification, choice filling, seat allotment & reporting at the allotted college. There will be two rounds in the Counselling.
Seat allotment will be done on the basis of candidates’ rank, choice-filled and seat availability etc. Those who will get seat allotment letter must report to the allotted college within the specified time period. Failing to do so, will lead to the cancellation of candidature.
AP Polycet 2022 Counselling Procedure
The AP Polycet Counselling 2022 will consist of following steps which everyone must follow:
Step 1: Documents Verification
First of all, the candidates have to visit the Help Line Centres (HLC) as per the given time for verification of the documents. It is a mandatory process hence, candidates must verify their documents. After that, candidates will receive a receipt of certificate after verification at the Help Line Centre.
Step 2: Choice Filling Process
After completion of the documents verification process, the candidates will be invited to exercise the choice filling of courses and colleges as per the preferences. Candidates can choose the college and course from the list available on the website.
The candidates are recommended to fill choices in order of preferences. It is very important to fill choices correctly as it will not be modified later. There are no restrictions on choices, one can opt any number of choices. After submitting the choices, candidates should take the printout of the final options for reference in future if needed.
Step 3: Seat Allotment
The competent authority will allot the seats to the eligible candidates as per the candidates’ performance in the written exam, choice-filled, merit secured and category etc. The seat allotment result will be published online on the official website.
Candidates are recommended to download the seat allotment letter from the official website and take the printout of the same. It will be required during reporting at the allotted college.
Step 4: Reporting at the Allotted College
The eligible candidates as per the seat allotment result, need to report to the allotted college as per the scheduled date and time. Candidates must carry all the documents including seat allotment letter while reporting to the college.
If any candidate failed to report to the allotted college then competent authority has all rights reserved to cancel the candidature of him/her. All the candidates are recommended to follow the admission procedure and if there is any query at any stage then call on the helpline number given by the competent authority on its official website.
Document Required for Verification
The candidates can check the list of important documents below which will be required during the verification process. Carry all the original certificate along with two sets of photocopies. The documents are as below:
- 10th/SSC Mark Sheet
- Aadhar Card
- All the certificates from class 4th to 10th class
- Domicile certificate of the State
- Category certificate if applicable
