AEEE Exam Pattern 2020: Candidates who are set to appear in the AEEE 2020 exam, should be conversant with the AEEE exam pattern. The exam pattern means information regarding exam type, duration, type of questions asked in the test, syllabus include and number of questions etc. AEEE 2020 exam will be held in both Computer Based Test (Online Mode) and Paper & Pencil/Pen-Based Test (Offline Mode). One can choose either online mode or offline mode at the time of filling up the AEEE application form. Candidates should have a rough idea of exam pattern and syllabus so that they can prepare for exam. It is always better to have an understanding about the exam pattern before appearing in the test. Update: The AEEE 2020 exam date has been postponed due to pandemic COVID19. AEEE 2020 registration process has been extended till 30th April 2020. Candidates must follow the instructions for applying online.

The AEEE 2020 exam will be conducted in two modes i.e. online as well as offline. In online mode, candidates have to appear in Computer Based exam while in offline mode, the candidate will have to appear in Pen & Paper-based exam. The test will be held on the computer. Hence, the candidate should have basic knowledge of basic computer operation. Questions will be asked in the same manner as stated above. In the computer screen, at a time one question will appear, candidates have to tick the answer then click on next button for moving ahead for the next question.
The candidates who have opted offline mode, will be provided OMR sheet mark their answers. Before the start of exam, the invigilator will provide Questions Booklet and OMR sheet to the applicants. The paper will contain questions on same line as explained above. Candidates must carry black ballpoint pen, HB Pencil etc. Mark your answer as per the direction specified. It is important to mention here that the Pen & Paper Test will be conducted only in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala State.
