The eligible candidates can participate in the JEEP counselling process through online mode only. The UBTER (Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education Roorkee) will conduct counselling in various rounds as per the availability of seats. The shortlisted candidates as per the Uttarakhand Polytechnic 2020 JEEP result can participate in the JEEP Counselling. The counselling will be held in various rounds till the fulfilment of all the seats. After conducting the first round counselling, if there are vacant seats then the second round will be organized and soon.
The candidates will have the right to upgrade the seat in the second/third round counselling. Those who miss the first round counselling can participate in the second round of the counselling.
After due scrutiny of the application form, the competent authority will prepare the result and accordingly seat allotment letter will be issued. Candidates can obtain the result through online mode from the official website. Login on the official portal using User ID and Password and download the seat allotment letter. Now, report the allotted college as per the scheduled date and time. Admission will be finalized only after the verification of original documents. Carry all the original documents along two set of self-attested photocopies. Those who will not attend the committee for documents verification will not be considered fit for admission.
