TS Polycet 2022 Counselling
The TS Polycet Counselling is web-based counselling, which consists of the option exercise and certificate verification. Those who are eligible as per the rank secured will be called for attending the counselling process. The Counselling process will start most probably from the month of May 2022.
The counselling process will start with document verification followed by a choice filling process. Candidates can fill choices of course/college through online mode. Candidates have to report to the designated centre for documents verification.
It is mandatory to go through the document verification process. Candidates have to pay the counselling fee of Rs.600/- for OC/BC candidates and Rs.300/- SC/ST candidates.

TS Polycet Counselling 2022: How to Register
The candidates have to go through certain steps in order to participate in the TS Polycet 2022 counselling procedure. Check the following information carefully:
Step 1: Verification of Documents
The applicants who are eligible for counselling process have to go through the documents verification process first. Visit any designated Help Line Centre (HLCs) within the prescribed schedule. Candidates must attend the document verification process for further admission process.
Candidates’ Aadhaar Card details will be verified during the verification process. After completion of the verification process, the competent authority will issue a receipt of the certificate to the candidates.
Step 2: Exercising Options
The applicants need to fill the choices of courses and colleges as per the preferences. The choice filling will start after the document verification process. The list of Polytechnic institutes and courses will be available online during the choice filling.
Candidates can choose any college and course as per the preference from the available options. We recommend candidates to give first priority to the most favourite option and so on. You can prepare a list of course and colleges in order of their relevance before filling up the same.
After filling up the choices, you can lock the same. Take the printout of the filled choices for future reference.
Step 3: Seat Allotment
The seat allotment will be done on the basis of candidates’ written exam score, merit list, category and choice filled. The seat allotted result will be published online on the official website.
Candidates can obtain the seat allotment result from the website. Download the allotment letter from the website and take the printout of the same. You have to enter ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number and Password for downloading the same.
Step 4: Fee Payment & Reporting to the Allotted Institute
The candidates who availed the seat allotment letter have to visit the designated banks for making payment of fee. Candidate must carry seat allotment letter while visiting to the bank. After making payment, candidates have to report to the allotted college with fee payment receipt and seat allotment letter within the specified time limit.
If any candidate failed to report to the college then his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled and the seat will be allotted to the next candidate in order. Any request for reconsideration of the admission will not be entertained and the decision of the Competent Authority or Admission Committee will be final.
