Eligibility for B.Sc. Agriculture Course
- Qualifying Exam: 10+2 or equivalent exam passed from a recognized board/school or University.
- Subjects: He/she should have passed the qualifying exam i.e. 12th standard with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and one additional subject among Biology, Mathematics, Agriculture, and Forestry.
- Those who are appearing in the qualifying exam (10+2) can also apply.
B.Tech. (Agriculture Engineering)
- Qualifying Exam: 12th standard or equivalent exam passed from a recognized board/school or University.
- Subjects: There should be Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English subjects in the qualifying exam.
- Appearing candidates are also eligible to apply for the exam.
Eligibility B.Sc. Forestry
- Qualifying Exam: Aspirants must have completed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board/school or university.
- Subjects: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry and one of the subjects among Forestry, Agriculture, Biotechnology and Mathematics subjects.
- Those who are appearing in the qualifying exam i.e. 12th standard can also apply.
- Physical Fitness: The applicant should be physically fit as per the physical standard prescribed by the competent authority.
- Height: The candidates belonging to Garhwal, Kumaon, Gorkha and Nepali should be at least 163 cm. However, those who are from Ladakh, Bhutan and North-East part of the country should be 152.5 cm.
B.Sc. Horticulture Course
- Qualifying Exam: 12th class or equivalent qualification passed candidates can apply.
- Subjects: Candidates should have subjects specifically Physics and Chemistry as mandatory subjects and one additional subject among Biology, Mathematics, Agriculture and Forestry.
- Appearing candidates of class 12th are also eligible to apply.
