Meghalaya TET Eligibility Criteria

Paper I Eligibility

The applicants should have completed senior secondary or equivalent exam with minimum 50% marks and passed/appearing in the 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education)/4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).

Paper-II Eligibility

Candidates having bachelor degree with minimum of 50% marks and passed/appearing in the 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.)/4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)/4-year B.A.Ed. or B.Sc.Ed./one-year B.Ed. (Special Education).

The applicants should prepare for the exam with full determination and planning. Here are some tips which will be helpful during the preparation for the exam:

  • The candidates must collect complete information about the syllabus and examination pattern.
  • Check the complete syllabus and identify the important topics and study accordingly.
  • However, every topic is important hence, try to go through the complete syllabus.

The Meghalaya TET Result 2022 is expected to be announced in the month of December 2022. The competent authority will announce the result on its official website. Based on candidates’ written exam performance, the competent authority will prepare the result of the exam. The applicants must score at least 60% marks for qualifying the Meghalaya TET exam.
