Jharkhand Polytechnic counselling 2022 will start probably in the month of July 2022. On the basis of the Jharkhand Polytechnic 2022 result, meritorious candidates will be invited to attend counselling process on scheduled date and time. Polytechnic programmes are being offered in the various engineering and non-engineering courses by the institution of Jharkhand state. Jharkhand Polytechnic 2022 Counselling dates
- First-round Counselling Date: 1st round of counselling is expected to start in the first week of July 2022. The result of which will be out later.
- Second round counselling dates: 2nd round of counselling will start in the 3rd week of July 2022.
- Third round of Counselling dates: 3rd round of counselling will take place from the last week of July 2022. The result will be out later.
Note: The new academic session will begin in the month of August 2022.
Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling 2022 Procedure
There are certain steps, which need to be followed by the candidates while appearing in the Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling process. The information with regard to PECE counselling is given below. This information will give you clarity on the Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling 2022 procedure:
- The counselling process will be conducted in three rounds completely. You must keep in mind that there will be separate counselling for general category and reserved category candidates.
- The counselling will be held through offline mode, applicants have to appear in counselling on scheduled date and time.
- Candidates must report on the scheduled time for the counselling process.
- The time and date for counselling will be notified soon after the declaration of result.
- Candidates can fill in choices of courses and institutes as per their rank obtained in the written test.
- The candidates have to pay seat allotment fee amounting Rs.1000/- at the time of counselling. Payment can be done through Demand Draft which should be drawn in favour of “Controller of Examination, JCECEB” payable at Ranchi, Jharkhand.
- It is mandatory to bring all the required documents along with self-attested photocopies and passport size photographs.
- Candidate must have all the required documents at the time of counselling otherwise the admission may be cancelled.
- Candidates, who fail to participate in documents verification process, may not be considered eligible for further stage of PECE Counselling 2022.

- The seat allotment will be done on the basis of candidates’ written exam performance, choice-filled, rank, category and seat availability.
- Once seat allotment process is done, candidates must visit allotted institute to confirm/lock their admission seat before the last date of admission.
Counselling Fee Details
For participating in the Jharkhand Polytechnic Counselling 2022, the candidates must have to pay counselling fee. Candidate can pay counselling fee through Bank Challan, Indian Postal Order and Post Office Challan. Candidate can download bank challan through official website i.e. http://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in/. The PECE counselling fee will not be refundable.
- Fee for General/OBC/ Others: Rs. 400
- Fee for SC/ST/ Female Candidates: Rs. 250
Jharkhand Polytechnic 2022 Counselling: Required documents
Candidates must bring all the required documents at the time of counselling or document verification procedure. These are very essential at the time of verification process without these documents no one can enter in the counselling room or verification room. So bring these documents properly.
- Mark sheet of class 10th or its equivalent exam
- Mark sheet of class 12th or its equivalent exam
- Date of Birth certificate
- Jharkhand Polytechnic 2022 admit card
- Jharkhand Polytechnic 2022 score-card;
- Domicile certificate
- A category certificate is required for reserved category candidates.
- Income certificate, if applicable
- Passport size photograph, but it should be similar as you had pasted at the time of application process.
