IIT JAM 2021: IIT JAM (Joint Admission Test for M.Sc.) is a national level entrance test through which aspirants can take admission in M.Sc., Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. and other Degree courses at IITs. After qualifying this exam, Ph.D. aspirants can take admission in IISc. This test is administered by IITs and IISc on the rotational basis. The JAM syllabus will consist of the subject of the respective course. The syllabus will include subject like Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Physics, Biotechnology, Biological Science, Chemistry, and Geology. The Mathematical Statistics (MS) test paper will consist of questions on both Mathematics (40% weightage) and Statistics (60% weightage). Some of the important topics are:

The candidates can check the IIT JAM 2021 result on the official website. There will be no other way to get the result. Candidates may expect their result in the last week of March 2021.
The competent authority will prepare a separate merit list for each course considering the category of the candidates, subjects and marks obtain in the test etc.
Download your result from the website and take the printout of the IIT JAM 2021 score card. On the basis of IIT JAM score, candidates will be offered admissions in the desired course.
The candidates, who will qualify the IIT JAM as per the merit list, can appear in counselling process. The applicants have to fill admission form in the month of April 2021 via online mode.
Candidates should apply for one or more subjects based on preferences. Be careful while filling up admission form. Fill personal details, educational details, marks obtained/CGPA, category and other important information asked in the form.
The applicants have to pay the requisite admission fee of Rs.600/-. The declaration of first admission list is expected to be released in the last week of May 2021.
