Assam Polytechnic PAT Counselling 2022: The directorate of Technical Education, Assam being the exam conducting authority will declare the result of Assam PAT 2022 in due course of time after the exam. Thereafter, the candidates who qualify the test will have to appear in Assam PAT Counselling for final admission. In this regard, the authority will inform the candidates prior to the commencement of the Counselling process. Candidates must report before the interview panel for verification of original documents and other requirements. Mere appearance in the exam does not mean that any candidate is fit for taking admission in any institute. Candidate must attend Counselling on allotted date and time.

Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2022 Counselling
The DTE, Assam will conduct the Counselling on scheduled date and time. It is expected that the Counselling process will begin in the month of May or June 2022. The competent authority will prepare a merit list after the exam on the basis of candidate’s performance during written exam. Meritorious candidates need to appear before the Counselling committee in order to finalize the admission.
Candidate should note that without Counselling, no one can take admission. It is compulsory to go through the Counselling process. If someone fails to attend the Counselling process, seats against his/her name will become vacant and another person may get the same. At the time of Counselling, the competent authority will verify the candidate’s eligibility in all respect. The decision of the competent authority will be final on admission and no one can challenge it.
Assam PAT Counselling: List of Documents Required
At the time of Counselling, the candidate should bring the following documents which will be verified by the authority:
- Printout of the Assam PAT result
- Mark sheet and certificate/degree of the qualifying exam
- 10th passed certificate or birth certificate in support of date of birth.
- Caste certificate if applicable
- Domicile certificate
- Character certificate issued from the college
- NCC and sports quota certificate wherever applicable
- All other required documents
