Eligibility criteria
Before filling up the Gujarat Polytechnic 2022 application form, one must satisfy the eligibility criteria laid down for admission in engineering or non-engineering diploma courses by ‘The Commissionerate of Technical Education Gujarat State, Admission Committee for Professional Diploma Courses (ACPDC)’ which are as under:
- Nationality- the candidate must be a citizen of India and must have the domicile certificate of Gujarat State.
- Age limit- the candidate must have completed 15 years of age.
- Educational Qualification-the candidate who is looking for the entrance exam for admission in polytechnic courses, must possess the certificate of 10th Standard/High School or equivalent with Mathematics, Science and English.

- A candidate can fill out only one application form, more than one application form from a candidate will be rejected.

Qualified candidates will be called for counselling in the month of June 2022. Only those candidates will be asked to attend counselling who secured their rank in the merit list. Thereafter, based on their rank in the merit list, courses will be allotted followed by documents verification. Candidates must ensure that at the time of counselling, they must have all the documents related to their minimum basic educational qualification, reservation etc.
They have to carry original certificates of educational qualification like a category certificate, domicile certificate etc. with them for counselling.
