Uttarakhand MBBS/BDS Admission 2021: Selection Procedure
The candidates should follow all the instructions for admission in MBBS and BDS course. Here is the necessary information with regard to the admission in MBBS/BDS programme including selection process:
- The students must qualify the NEET exam with good all India rank as the admission will be held only on the basis of merit.
- The candidates should know that there will be counselling for 85% state quota seats and 15% All India Quota seats.
- After the declaration of NEET 2021 result, the students must register for NEET counselling process.
- The students have to visit the official website of the concerned State or Central authority for registration for counselling.
- It is important to pay the registration fee for successful registration.
- Once payment is made, candidates can go for the choice filling process.
- Seat allotment will be done on the basis of candidates’ rank, seats availability and category of the candidates.
- Candidates eligible as per the seat allotment result should report to the allotted college before the last date.
- Complete all the admission formalities including verification of documents and payment of admission fee etc. to acknowledge the allotted seat.
- Students are recommended to carry all your educational certificate, category certificate, and NEET score card etc. while reporting to the college for verification purpose.
Reservation Criteria
The State authority will follow the reservation rule as per the current policy of the State Government for reserved category candidates. The students must show the respective certificate for claiming the reserved seat. It is important to mention here that the applicants have to qualify NEET exam. There is no reservation for All India Management quota seats.
