- The applicant must be a citizen of India.
- The candidate’s age must be within 21 to 40 years as of the given date.
Academic Qualification

UPPSC PCS Application Form 2022
The UP PCS application form can be submitted through online mode on the official website. Candidates need access to the official website of the State PSC for applying online. UP PCS 2022 application form will be released via online mode. The official website for UP PSC is ‘http://uppsc.up.nic.in/’. After verifying the eligibility criteria, candidates should proceed for filling particulars like name, address, qualification, contact details etc. in the application form. Also, upload the scanned images of recent photograph and signatures in the application form with the prescribed specification.
The candidates should pay the requisite application fee via net banking, debit/credit card. Submit the application form after making all the entries and then take a printout of the application form for future reference.

Preliminary Exam Pattern
- The Preliminary examination will consist of two question papers.
- The question paper will contain multiple-choice questions.
- Negative marking is applicable in this exam and hence, 1/3rd marks will be deducted as a penalty for the wrong attempt.

UPPSC PCS Exam: Interview Process
- Those who will qualify the main exam will be called for attending the interview process.
- The interview will be of 100 marks.
- Therefore, total marks of the exam including Interview will be 1500 + 100 = 1600 Marks.
- There is no specific syllabus or pattern for the interview. It may include current affairs, general knowledge and some subject-specific questions.
- Candidate’s communication skill must be good and he/she must express themselves clearly.
UPPSC PCS 2022 Admit Card
The admit card will be issued to the eligible candidates through online mode. It can be downloaded from the official website. The UP PCS 2022 admit card will contain crucial details about the exam like the date of exam, venue of the exam, reporting time and other exam day instructions. The applicants must obtain the admit card and take printout of the same. Carry admit card on the day of the exam otherwise authority may not allow you to appear in the exam.
UP PSC Result 2022
The result of the UP PCS preliminary examination will be announced probably after one month from the date of exam. Candidates should keep checking the official website for the latest information in this regard. Those who will qualify the preliminary examination, will be eligible to apply and appear in the UP PCS 2022 Main examination.
