SRMJEEE 2022 Application Form
The applicants can check here instructions for submitting the SRMJEEE 2022 application form. Check all the details carefully:
- Candidates can submit the SRMJEEE application form online as well as offline mode (OMR application form).
- The application form will be available probably in the month of November 2021.
- Candidates can apply for SRMJEEE 2022 exam till March 2022 (Offline) and April 2022 (online).
- In the application form, whether it is online or offline, candidates must fill each and every detail very carefully.
- Keep ready self-attested scanned documents including 10th & 12th class marks sheet, Aadhar card, photograph, and signature, etc.
- If candidates pay the registration fee through DD, then they have to send the printout of the application form along with DD at the following address:

Application Fee
Candidates have to pay the requisite application fee of Rs.1100/-. Payment can be done through both online and offline modes. The DD should be in favour of SRMIST, Payable at Chennai.
SRMJEEE Eligibility Criteria
The applicants must check eligibility criteria before filling up the application form. Check the following criteria with regard to the SRMJEEE 2022:
- Nationality: Candidates should be Indian citizens. However, NRI, PIO or OCI candidates can also apply.
- Age Limit: Date of birth should be within 1st July 2000 to 1st July 2004 for UG courses.
Eligibility for All B.Tech. Courses
- Qualifying Exam: The candidates should have complete the 12th standard or equivalent exam from any recognized board/institute.
- Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects should be there in the qualifying exam.
- Qualifying Marks: 60% marks aggregate for Kattankulathur, Ramapuram, and Vadapalani campuses & 55% marks for NCR, Delhi campus.
- Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam can also apply.
- Seeking admission in any International schools within India, then candidates have to pass International Baccalaureate (IB) A-level exam.
For B.Tech. (Biomedical, Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering)
- Qualifying Exam: 12th passed or equivalent exam passed from any recognized board/institute.
- Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biotechnology/Biology subjects should be there in the qualifying exam.
- Qualifying Marks: 60% marks aggregate for Kattankulathur, Ramapuram, and Vadapalani campuses & 55% marks for NCR, Delhi campus in the above subjects.
- Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam can also apply.
- Seeking admission in any International schools within India, then candidates have to pass International Baccalaureate (IB) A-level exam.
SRMJEEE Exam Pattern
The aspirants can check exam pattern information herein below:
- Mode of Exam: It is an online computer-based test.
- Duration: The test duration will be 2.30 hours.
- Language: The exam will be in the English language only.
- Total Questions: There will be 105 questions in the exam.
- Type of Questions: All the questions will be multiple choices in nature.
- Subjects: Questions will be based on Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology subjects.
- Marking Scheme: Three marks will be granted for each correct answer.
- Negative Marking: Not applicable in this exam.

SRMJEEE Syllabus 2022
The candidate must be aware of the prescribed syllabus as it can play a vital role in the preparation of the exam. SRMJEEE syllabus includes 11th & 12th subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Biology. Subject-wise details are as below:
Physics:
Oscillations and Wave Motions, Heat and Thermodynamics, Mechanics, Gravitation, Units and Measurement, Mechanics of Solids and Fluids, Electricity and Magnetism, Ray and Wave Optics, Atomic Physics and Relatively, Dual Nature of Matter and Nuclear Physics, Electronics & Communication.
Chemistry:
Chemical Thermodynamics & Energetic, Molecular Structure and s & p- block elements, Atomic Structure, States of Matter, Chemical Families: Periodic Properties, Chemical Equilibrium, Chemical Bonding, Solutions, Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Surface Chemistry, Purification and Characterization of Organic Compounds, Some Basic Principles of Organic Chemistry, Hydrocarbons, Organic Compounds Containing Oxygen, Catalysis and Nuclear Chemistry, Organic Compounds Containing Nitrogen, Bio-Molecules, Polymers.
Mathematics:
Matrices, Sets, Complex Numbers and Quadratic Equations, Relations and Functions, Combinatorics, Determinants and their Applications, Integral Calculus & Differential Equations of First order, Differential Calculus and its applications, Vector Algebra, Algebra, Analytical Geometry, Probability and Statistics.
Biology:
Botany: Plant Physiology, Plant Anatomy, Cell Biology and Genetics, Biotechnology, Taxonomy of Angiosperm, Biology in Human Welfare.
Zoology: Microbiology, Immunology, Modern Genetics and Animal Biotechnology, Applied Biology, Human Physiology, Theories of Evolution and Environmental Science.
SRMJEEE Preparation Tips
- First, you should make a study timetable and assign equal time to each subject.
- Candidates must be aware of the prescribed SRMJEEE exam pattern & syllabus.
- Focus on important topics of each subject, and then try to solve difficult questions.
- Collect good study material such as NCERT Books, other preparation guides, and notes.
- Solve previous 4-5 years’ questions papers and check the difficulty level of the exam.
- There is no shortcut to crack the exam, you must prepare in an order to qualify the test.
- Also, attempt the mock test for practice as it will also help you.
SRMJEEE 2022 Admit Card/Slot Booking
The candidates can book the date and entrance test centre as per the convenience. Candidates must book slots within the specified time limit. After the due date, it will not be possible to book the slot.
The SRMJEE admit card 2022 will be available online on the official website. After completing the slot booking process, candidates can download the admit card.
SRMJEEE Slot booking 2022 process may start from the 1st week of April 2022. Candidates have to log in with a user ID and password to book the slot. Bring admit card along with photo identity proof on the day of the exam.
SRMJEEE Result 2022
The applicants can check the SRMJEEE 2022 result on the official website through online mode. The University will declare the result probably in the 1st week of May 2022.
Candidates will also receive their result on registered email-ID and mobile number. The competent authority will prepare a merit list on the basis of marks secured by the candidates.
The result will consist of an All India Rank and a score of the exam. Take the printout of the result and keep it safe for the future admission process.
SRMJEEE 2022 Counselling
As stated above, on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the exam, a separate merit list will be prepared. Accordingly, as per the merit list, meritorious candidates will be invited to attend counselling process.
As per the availability of seats, the counselling will be completed in one or two rounds. It will be held in both online and offline mode.
During the counselling, candidates have to opt for branch/ specialization as per their preference. The competent authority will issue a Provisional Allotment Letter to the candidates. Candidates should keep ready all the original documents for verification purposes.
