Upload scanned Photograph and Signature

Details of Scanned Photograph

  • You need to scan a coloured passport size photograph.
  • Now, resize the image of the photograph as per the prescribed specifications.
  • Remember, the scanned image must be in JPEG format which should have a white background.
  • The dimension of the photograph should be 200×230 pixels and size must be within 20KB to 50 KB.
  • Photographs with hats, caps and dark glasses will not be considered fit for the application. However, the religious headwears are allowed but it should not cover your face.

Details of Scanned Signature

  • You need to sign with blue/black ballpoint pen on a clean white paper.
  • Candidate should remember that the signature must be in his/her own handwriting.
  • The image must be in JPEG format with the dimension of 140×60 pixels (preferred)
  • The size of the image must be within 10 KB to 20 KB.
  • Capital letters shall not be accepted. The signature should be in running handwriting.
  • The candidate’s signature will be put on the admit card/call letter.
  • The signature of the candidates must match at the time of examination otherwise candidature may be cancelled.

Uploading Scanned Images (Photograph and Signature)

  • There will be two separate links for uploading the Photograph and Signature in the application form.
  • Click on the concerned link ‘Upload Photograph/Signature’.
  • Click on Browse and select the scanned image file from the location where you save the files.
  • Upload the files one by one and go ahead for completing the rest part.

Note: Candidates should know that the registration process will not be completed till you upload the images of photograph and signature in the prescribed manner.
