Punjab JET Application Form 2022
The candidates should download the information bulletin first before proceeding with making an application form. Read all the instructions and information given in the brochure and then apply for the concerned course. Check the following information:
- The application form can be submitted online mode.
- The Punjab JET application form will be available online from the 1st week of May 2022.
- Interested candidates can submit the Punjab JET application form 2022 till the last week of May 2022.
- Candidates are recommended that be extra cautious during submitting an application form as correction or modification in the application form will not be allowed later.
- You also need to make payment of the application fee as it is one of the mandatory requirements.
Application Fee
- The candidates need to pay Rs.550/- as an online application fee.
- Candidates have to pay the application fee through online mode only.
Eligibility Criteria
All the candidates are recommended that before applying online, must go through eligibility conditions and ensure their eligibility to participate in the admission process. Check the following information with regard to Punjab JET eligibility criteria:
- Nationality: The candidate applying for Punjab JET must be an Indian Citizen.
- Domicile: He/she should possess a domicile certificate of Punjab issued by the competent authority.
- Age Limit: There is no lower or upper age limit prescribed.
- Academic Qualification: Candidates should have qualified 10th class exam from any recognized state Board/CBSE/ ICSE/National Open School or from any other board.
- Subjects: The candidates should have Mathematics, Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) and English as mandatory subjects.
- Qualifying Marks: Candidates should have scored at least 35% marks in the qualifying exam.
Punjab JET 2022 Result/Merit List
Punjab JET result or merit list will be announced in due course of time probably in the month of June 2022. The authority will declare the result online at the official portal from where candidates can easily obtain their results. Candidates need to provide roll number or name and date of birth at the official portal to get the result.
The candidates must take the printout of the Punjab JET result 2022 from the website and keep it safe for future reference. Those who will be shortlisted as per the result can participate in the counselling process for getting admission to the desired course.

- The candidates will get an opportunity to opt for courses and institutions as per the list available.
- After completion of Counselling rounds, seat allotment results will be declared on the website.
- The candidates need to download the seat allotment letter from the official website which will contain information about the allotted college, reporting date & time and other instructions for admission.
- The applicants must report to the allotted college within the specified date and time.
- If someone failed to report to the allotted college within the stipulated time frame then the competent authority has all rights reserved to cancel the candidature of the applicant.
- In this case, the next candidate on the merit list will be considered for admission.
- The candidates must keep all the documents ready for verification purposes.
- After verification, the competent authority will allot final admission to the candidates.
Punjab JET 2022 Admission Process
The admissions in Polytechnic courses in the State of Punjab will be made on the basis of the merit list prepared by the Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh. A merit list will be prepared on the candidate’s marks in the 10th standard.
The candidates should carry all the relevant documents in original at the time of admission at the allotted college. Skipping the Counselling and reporting at the allotted college, will result in cancelling of candidature.
