Odisha ITI Application Form 2023: How to Apply
The candidates who are seeking admission to the ITI programme in the state of Odisha must submit the application form within the prescribed schedule as per the guidelines. Check the following information with regard to the Odisha ITI 2023 Application Form.
- First of all, download the Common Prospectus (CP), a booklet containing completed information for e-Admission. Read all the information carefully including the registration process and eligibility etc.
- The Common Application Form (CAF) is an online application form, which can be submitted on the official website.
- Odisha ITI 2023 application form can be submitted online within the specified time limit.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: The minimum age of the applicants must be at least 14 years as of 1st August 2023 to be eligible to take admission in the ITI Trades/Courses affiliated to NCVT. There is no upper age limit for the applicants.
- Eligibility: The minimum qualification for admission to the ITI courses shall be 8th standard passed from the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha or equivalent.
- Marks obtained in the 10th class, reservation (if applicable) will be taken into consideration for the preparation of the merit list.
- The allotment of Trade/Course will be allotted as per the choice filled during the choice filling and availability of seats.
- If there is no applicant for reserved category seats then the seats will be de-reserved and allotted to the general category candidates.
- No seats shall remain reserved for any applicants beyond the date of admission i.e. 2nd round of Phase I Admission except for Government Institutes.
- SC/SC candidates selected for admission on the basis of general category merit shall not be counted against reserved seats. They shall be treated as General candidates for admission but their social category will remain unchanged.
Intimation for e-Admission
The competent authority will send communication to the candidates for e-Admission. Intimation for e-admission will be communicated through the following means:
- An SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number.
- E-mail provided in the CAF (Common Application Form).
- Candidates can also get the information on the helpline number (Toll-Free: 155335 or 1800-345-6770) by giving their Barcode No. printed on CAF on all Government working days between 6.00 AM to 10.00 PM.
- A selected can obtain the intimation letter by downloading the same directly from the official website as mentioned above.
- Notice board of the allotted institute, where the applicant is selected to take admission.
Odisha ITI Selection Procedure
- The selected candidate has to produce the Intimation Letter (or Applicant Copy, if he/she does not have the intimation letter) before the admission committee at the ITI allotted for admission on the scheduled date and time.
- Candidates have to produce the original document for verification purposes. Also, pay the requisite admission fee which is a mandatory requirement.
- Submit three passport size colour photographs during admission.
