Odisha DET 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for 3rd Semester in Diploma in Engineering/Technology (Lateral Entry)
- Students must have completed 12th or its equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha.
- Candidates must have passed 10th with minimum 35% marks from recognized board/institute.
- The minimum age limit is 14 years.
- There is no upper age limit.
Admission Criteria for Film & TV Courses
- 12th passed with Science from any State Board/CBSE/ICSE for Cinematography/Sound & TV Engineering course. Candidates also need to secure at least 35% marks in aggregate.
- Candidates should have completed 12th standard in any stream with minimum 35% marks aggregate for Film & Video Editing course.
- Age of the candidates should be within 16 to 28 years as on 1st June 2021. There is a relaxation of 3 years to the SC/ST candidates.
