LSAT 2022: Law School Admission Test (LSAT) is an international level entrance exam for admission in law courses which is conducted by the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), USA. LSAT 2022 Application Form

  • First of all, the application should know that the LSAT registration can be done through online mode only.
  • It is expected that the LSAT 2022 application form will be available in the month of November 2021 and the registration process will continue till May 2022.
  • Application submitted in any other mode will not be entertained.
  • The applicants have to provide registration details and should provide all the information correctly while filling an online application form.
  • Candidates also need to upload the scanned photograph and signature in the prescribed format and specifications.
  • Pay the registration fee to complete the application form.
  • Submit the application form at the end and take a printout of the same. However, there is no need to send a hard copy to the office of the concerned authority.

Application Fee

The candidates have to make payment of registration fee of Rs.3800/-. Payment can be done through online mode using net banking, debit/credit card. Payment in the form of DD will not be considered. There is no relaxation in the application fee for any category.

LSAT Eligibility Criteria

Generally, there are no such eligibility requirements specified for LSAT India. However, based on the admission norms of different institutes, the candidates should meet the following eligibility criteria:

 

Law Undergraduate Courses

  • The students should have completed the qualifying exam: Student must hold a bachelor degree in any stream from any 12th standard exam based on 10+2 education system from a board/college.
  • Applicants must obtain minimum of 45% in the qualifying exam.
Law Post-graduate Courses

 

  • The applicants should have completed UG course or integrated law course from a recognized University for seeking admission in Law PG courses.
  • They must secure a minimum 45% marks in the in the qualifying exam.
Integrated Law Courses

 

  • The candidates must have completed 12th standard education on 10+2 education pattern from CBSE or any other recognized board/institute.
  • The applicants should obtain minimum qualifying marks i.e. 45% in the qualifying exam.

Exam Mode Offline mode. It means the exam is a pen and paper-based test.
Exam Duration

The duration of LSAT test will be 2.20 hours where 35 minutes assigned to each section.

Total Question The test paper will consist of 92–100 questions.
Nature of Questions  It will be an objective type question paper where each question will have four or five options.
Subject Sections There will be four sections from where questions will be derived and these sections are as below:

  • Analytical Reasoning
  • First Logical Reasoning,
  • Second Logical Reasoning and
  • Reading Comprehension.
Marking Scheme For every correct response, 1 mark will be awarded.

LSAT Syllabus 2022

Analytical Reasoning

This section is basically a test of the candidate’s ability to observe or understand relationship structure and to draw logical conclusions about that structure. Questions will be based on statements, relationships, events, diagrams etc.

Logical Reasoning

Reading Comprehension
