- The HP Polytechnic 2022 result will be announced most probably in the last week of August 2022.
- Thereafter, the counselling and admission process will start from the month of August 2022.
- It is expected that the HP PAT counselling 2022 will close by the last week of August 2022. The counselling process will be completed in three rounds.
- However, if there will be vacant seats even after 3rd counselling then the Board will conduct 4th round counselling to fill up the vacant seats.

HP PAT Counselling 2022: Registration Process
The HP Polytechnic counselling process will be completed in various rounds as per the following guidelines:
- The candidates must know that the counselling will be held through online mode only.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the counselling as per the rank secured in the exam.
- Seat matrix will be available online on the official website.
- First, candidates are required to submit HP PAT score & Choices for course and colleges.
- On completion of the choice filling process, seat allotment process will commence.
- Seats will be allotted to the eligible candidates on the basis of HP PAT score, choice-filled, seat availability in particular trade and other conditions as specified by the competent authority.
- Seat allotment result will be available online on the official website.
- Now, candidates have to report to the allotted institute on the scheduled date and time as per the directions.
- Candidates must bring all the original documents & fee to acknowledge the allotted seat.
- After completion of the first round, vacant seat will be updated on the official website.
- Candidates can fill choices again for vacant seats during the 2nd round counselling.
