Haryana PSC Eligibility Criteria

The applicants must meet the eligibility criteria in order to appear in the Haryana PSC Recruitment 2022: Check the following criteria:

  • The candidates must possess a graduation degree in any stream (Arts, Science, Commerce and technical subject) from a recognized university.
  • Candidates’ age limit must be within from 21 to 40 years for making the application.
  • For the post DSP, the age limit is 21 to 27 years as on or before 1st January of the exam year.
  • Candidates should also meet the physical standards required for the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police.
  • The height of the male candidates must be 170.18 cm, chest should be 33” and expansion upto 34.5” required for the post of DSP.
  • However, female candidates’ height should be 157.50 cm for this post.

Haryana PSC Exam Pattern

  • The Haryana PCS Preliminary Exam consists of two papers Objective type (multiple choice questions).
  • The exam will be of the total of 200 marks.
  • Paper-I comprising General Studies for 100 marks will be of 2 hours duration.
  • Paper-II consists of an optional subject to be chosen from the list of 19 subjects, which will be of 100 marks for a duration of 2 hours.
