- The applicants must download the CUSAT information bulletin first and read it completely.

CUSAT Eligibility Criteria
The applicants must fulfill the minimum eligibility requirements for appearing in the CUSAT 2022 exam. Check here crucial information in respect of CUSAT eligibility criteria:
Nationality/Domicile
- Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
- Applicants belonging to Kerala SC/ST community are eligible for applying.
- SEBC candidates of non-creamy layer belonging to Kerala State are eligible for seeking 5% relaxation in qualifying marks.
Criteria for Undergraduate Courses
- Qualifying Exam: The applicants must have completed the 12th standard or equivalent exam from a recognized board/institute for all UG courses.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: The SEBC candidates belonging to the Non-creamy layer of the State of Kerala should obtain minimum 45% marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics together for UG courses (except Marine Engineering).
- BBA LLB/B.Com LLB: Applicants must have completed 10+2 with 60% marks (Science Group) and 55% Marks in case of the Humanities/Arts/Commerce group.
- Age Limit: As of 1st July 2022, the candidate’s age should be at least 20 years. There is a relaxation of two years for SC/ST & OBC candidates.
- LLB: Candidates should have completed Graduation from a recognized university with at least 40% (35% marks for SC/ST candidates) marks aggregate.
- Those who are appearing in the qualifying exam can also apply.
Criteria for Postgraduate Courses
- LL.M.: Candidates having a bachelor’s degree in law with at least 45% marks will be eligible.
- MCA: Any Graduate with mathematics as one of the subjects or graduate in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Electronics/Computer Applications/ Engineering/ Technology programmes with at least 55% marks aggregate can apply.
- M.Tech.: Candidates must have completed B.Tech. or a relevant degree course for applying to M. Tech. course. The applicants who are applying on the basis of GATE score are eligible to seek 5% relaxation in qualifying exam marks.
