CLAT Exam Pattern 2020: Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a premier entrance examination particularly in the field of Law admission. It is a national level entrance test. CLAT Exam Pattern 2020: An Overview

Mode of Exam The CLAT exam is an online entrance test.
Exam Duration

Exam duration is two hours i.e. 120 minutes. Candidates have to complete the paper in given time.

Number of Questions

The CLAT exam for UG Law and PG Law courses will consist of 200 and 150 questions respectively. All the questions will be multiple choice in nature having four options. Candidates need to pick only one option to answer.

Maximum Marks

CLAT paper for both UG and PG will be of 200 and 150 marks respectively.

Marking Scheme

 

Each question will carry 1 mark and for every correct response 1 mark will be assigned. However, there is negative marking for wrong attempt and as a result for each wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted. Un-attempted question will be assigned by zero mark.

CLAT 2020 Exam Scheme: Subject for UG Law Courses

There will be total 200 questions from five subjects. The number of questions with allotted marks are as under:
