CDS Exam Pattern 2022

CDS 2022 Exam Pattern: Highlights

• In each paper, all questions will be objective type in nature.
• Question booklet of General Knowledge and Elementary Mathematics will be bilingual i.e. English as well as Hindi.
• Every candidate must attempt the papers in own hand and in no case, they will be allowed to take help of a scribe.

CDS SSB Interview (Intelligence and Personality Test) 2022

The qualified candidates on the basis of written exam performance will get chance to appear in SSB interview. The SSB interview is an intelligence and personality test of the candidates. The process includes two stages which are as under:

Stage-I: This stage comprises Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests and Picture Perception & Description Test (PP&DT). Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of performance in OIR and PP&DT.

Stage II: In this section, the candidate has to go through Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests and the conference. The entire process will take at least 4 days. The Interviewing Officer (IO), Group Testing Officer (GTO) and Psychologist will assess the personality of candidates. There is no separate weightage for each test.
