Bihar ITI 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must ensure their eligibility for the concerned course before submitting an application form. Nationality
- The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
- Candidates whose parents are permanent residents of Bihar State are eligible.
- Those candidates whose parents are employees of the Bihar Government are also eligible.
- Similarly, candidates whose parents are Central Government employees and posted in Bihar are also eligible.
- Woman candidate can also apply if her husband is a resident of Bihar and working in Bihar subject to availability of husband’s domicile certificate.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have completed 10th standard with Mathematics and Science subject from the State Board/CBSE or qualified equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics separately.
- Students who are appearing in the 10th class examination in the session 2020-21, can also apply. However, candidates have to provide the passing certificate of qualifying exam (10th at the time of counselling).
- Candidates seeking admission in IT sector programmes should have completed the 10th standard or equivalent exam with science subjects.
Age Limit Criteria
- The minimum age of the candidates should be at least 14 years as of 1st August 2023.
- However, the candidate’s age should be at least 17 years in the case of the Motor Vehicle and Mechanic Tractor course.
- There are no upper age criteria specified for the candidates.

- General/OBC candidates need to pay Rs.750/-, General PH candidates have to pay Rs.430/- while reserved category candidates (SC/ST) have to pay Rs.100/- only.
- On completion of all the steps, take the printout of the Part-A and part-B of the ITICAT 2023 application form for reference in future.
- Candidates should know that there is no need of sending the printout of the application form to the concerned authority i.e. BCECEB.

Bihar ITICAT 2023 Admit Card
The BCECEB will issue Bihar ITICAT admit card to the eligible candidates via online mode. Bihar ITICAT Admit card will be available from the 2nd week of June 2023. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website directly by putting the registration number and date of birth in the required tab.
After downloading the admit card, candidates should check the particulars of the admit card and if there is any deficiency in the admit card then report the same to the concerned authority.
