AYUSH Counselling 2022: Notification

  • AYUSH UG Counselling for the academic session 20222-23 may commence from the month of November 2022.
  • In this regard, the Ministry of AYUSH will release notification on its website.
  • Counselling will be organized in multiple rounds. Candidates can participate in each stage of the counselling process.
  • The aspirants have to apply online within the given time schedule.
  • Eligible candidates who qualify in NEET-UG 2022 exam can participate in the AACCC UG Counselling 2022-23 for All India Quota seats.
  • The Ministry of AYUSH will conduct AIQ UG seats under Government/ Government Aided Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani & Homoeopathy institutes, National Institutes, Central Universities and Deemed Universities as well as 85% UG seats under Delhi University.
  • The counselling for admission to the All India Quota UG seats under private ASU&H colleges shall be conducted by the respective state counselling authority.
  • The registration fee for AYUSH Centralized Counselling will be non-refundable in nature. However, the security deposit will be returned later as per the guidelines.

What’s New About AACCC AYUSH Counselling 2022-23

The AYUSH UG/PG admission will be held on the basis of State Counselling as well as Centralized Counselling. The State will conduct Counselling for 85% of seats while the remaining 15% seats (including Government, Government Aided, Deemed Universities, Central Universities, National Institutes) will be filled on the basis of Centralized Counselling. Further, Counseling for all India quota seats of Private Institutes (other than Deemed universities) will be conducted by the Counseling authority of the respective State/UT Government for the academic session 2022-23.

The AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC), Ministry of AYUSH is the concerned authority that will conduct Counselling for 15% of seats.   • One who has qualified for the NEET 2022 exam as per the NEET Result 2022. Remember, last year NEET result will not be considered for admission.
  • Applicants should have Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects in 12th Standard for studying AYUSH UG Courses.
  • Those seeking admission under the EWS quota must-have documents in support of the claim.
  • Reserved category candidates must possess the documentary evidence for category proof.
  • The competent authority will check all the documents which are necessary for admission. Hence, candidates must keep ready all the documents for verification purposes.

The eligible candidates as per the NEET 2022 result, can go ahead with the application form to appear in the AYUSH UG Counselling 2022. It is important to mention here that there will be two separate counselling i.e. AYUSH Centralized Counselling (15% AIQ seats) and State Counselling (85% State Quota Seats). The applicants need to visit the respective links for submitting the counselling application form. We will provide a direct link to access the counselling portal.   • Access the official portal of AYUSH UG Counselling 2022 and go for new registration.
  • Now, click on the respective link and provide registration details such as name, father name, contact details etc.
  • The applicants have to fill in choices of courses and colleges in order of preferences.
  • Pay the requisite counselling fee as prescribed by the competent authority.
  • Upload the scanned images of the photograph and signature in the prescribed manner.

AYUSH Counselling Fee

All the candidates who are going to register online for admission in AYUSH UG courses need to make payment of the registration fee or counselling fee. Candidates can make payments using net banking, credit/debit card. After making payment, keep receipt of the payment slip safely for future reference. Check the fee structure below:

  • General/OBC candidates who are applying for the AIQ Government/Government Aided colleges, need to pay Rs. 1000/- as registration fee plus Rs.10000/- as security money. However, SC/ST/PWD candidates need to pay Rs.500/-  as a registration fee plus Rs.10000/- as security money.
  • Similarly, those who want to apply for Private colleges/Deemed Universities, need to pay Rs.5000/- as a registration fee and Rs.50000/- as security money.
  • Here, it is very important to mention that the security money will be refunded to the applicants later. The registration fee is non-refundable in nature.

Candidates must be aware that there is no role of the NEET counselling committee in AYUSH UG courses counselling.
